End-User License Agreement
Scope
EdgeOps is an internal application owned and operated by Edge Racing Fuels, Inc., 3209 Clawson Rd, Austin, Texas. Edge Racing Fuels, Inc. grants its authorized users a limited, non-transferable right to use EdgeOps only for their assigned duties for the business. Contact: support@edgeracingfuels.com.
Authorized use
- Sign in only with your own authorized identity and keep your access to yourself.
- View and upload only the records you are permitted to handle, and only for a business purpose.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, share access, or misrepresent source records.
What EdgeOps does and does not do
QuickBooks Online remains the accounting system of record. EdgeOps reads it to prepare reports and reviews. Using EdgeOps does not authorize moving funds, changing accounting records, sending communications or filing taxes beyond the capabilities and approvals Edge Racing Fuels, Inc. expressly provides.
Every report shows its source date and coverage. A proposed match, forecast, imported statement or internal approval is not proof that a payment was posted, a deposit settled, a delivery made or a tax return filed. Review the source evidence before relying on a result.
Third-party services
Intuit and Cloudflare provide separate services under their own terms. EdgeOps is not endorsed by Intuit, and Intuit has not audited its results.
Access changes
Edge Racing Fuels, Inc. may change or remove any user's access at any time. Removing access or disconnecting QuickBooks does not automatically delete preserved records. See the Privacy Policy for retention.
No warranty
EdgeOps is provided as-is for internal use. To the extent the law allows, Edge Racing Fuels, Inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
